My work's passion lies in my belief that the body and mind are deeply connected; therefore, the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of each individual need to be balanced for growth and healing to occur. I integrate my psychotherapeutic and nutritional expertise to help cultivate balance in each client I work with.

What is essential to your wellness? That is what I help you identify through our work together. I acknowledge and respect that your search for health and balance in your life is unique, and I strongly believe that you have your own inner wisdom that guides you - all you need to do is listen. Sometimes this is easy, and often there is too much in the way to truly hear yourself. When this happens, it is useful to seek therapeutic support. In our work together, we will create a safe and trusting space for you to slow down and focus on your present moment experiences. This affords you the opportunity to truly listen to the wisdom within.

My focus is to assist you in creating wellness through education, increased awareness, and self-exploration, to develop the tools necessary to support solid changes that will last your lifetime. When appropriate, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help facilitate your process: cognitive-behavioral therapy; psychodynamic therapy; body-centered techniques; relaxation techniques; mindful-awareness techniques; EMDR; Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT); Gestalt; art; and nutritional therapy.
